Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Ruther Glen, Virginia.  Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days.  We ship through USPS.  At this time we only ship to the United States.

Butterfly Treasures offers a flat rate shipping of $4.99 for purchases up to $59.99.  For purchases of $60.00 and over, we offer FREE shipping.

Customer is responsible for making sure the correct address is listed.  We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.  We are not responsible for any lost or damaged products.  The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of these items.

Once your order is shipped, please understand that for USPS, the number of days specified in the shipping method is a best estimate and not a guarantee.  

If your order is later than you expected, please check the Tracking Number that was sent to you by email after you place your order to see the last place that your order was scanned. 

If an order is returned to us due to carrier issue, address issue, or undeliverable, we will issue a refund only after the package has been returned to us. The refund will be calculated as the Total Cost less the shipping and a 15% restocking fee.  If you request to have the item reshipped to a difference address, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

We want to provide the best experience and help you plan for the scheduled arrival of your order. Please understand that shipping by USPS may experience delays starting from early November through Christmas Day due to increased volume.
