  1. What is your contact information?

  1. What is your shipping policy?

We ship from Virginia to all states within the United States only.  All orders are processed and shipped quickly, usually within 3-4 business days.  We ship through USPS.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number to track your package.  Please allow a couple days for your tracking information to be updated.  Please understand that for USPS, the number of days specified in the shipping method is a best estimate and not a guarantee.

 

  1. What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since receiving your item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.   After your request has been approved, you must return the item within 30 days from receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same/new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@butterflytreasures1.com BEFORE you return the item.  To complete your return, we require your order number.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item(s).  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are approved and receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  1. What if there is a problem with my purchase?

If you are having a problem with a purchase, please reach out to us asap at info@butterflytreasures1.com  and we will be happy to assist you.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you need to return your item, please contact us within 14 days by email BEFORE returning your item so we can work with you to receive a replacement or refund.   We require your order number.

  1. What if my product is damaged?

Although we inspect each item, damages and defects may happen.  If you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us immediately at info@butterflytreasures1.com.  Please include your order number and photos of the damage.  We will review what is submitted and let you know how we can fix it for you.

 

  1. What types of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and all Major Credit / Debit Cards.  You can check out as a guest or create an account when checking out.  An account is the best option, so you can track your order and check shipping easily, but an account is not required.

 

  1. Do you offer discount codes?

Yes, we do offer discount codes.  If you sign up on our website to receive emails, you will receive discount codes before others do.  These codes may be entered at the final check out page.    These codes cannot be applied retroactively, they must be applied at the time of purchase.

 

  1. What happens if my package is returned to Butterfly Treasures?

If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for additional shipping before we can reship the item to you. Email us at info@butterflytreasures1.com  for further help. 

 

  1. Can I cancel/ change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us (info@butterflytreasures1.com) right away. Due to our fast processing and time changes, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped no changes/ cancels can be made.
